Located in the back room of Tender Mercy, Dozo is more than just a sushi restaurant. When dining with us, you will experience traditional and contemporary sushi traditions and fish from around the world. Our four-course, rotational menu is curated every month by chef Shane Noro and focuses strongly on nigiri, along with other sushi styles.
Dozo is more than just sushi - it’s an experience. From the hospitality given from our staff to the decor and atmosphere, our intention is create an experience unlike anything else in Downtown Dayton.
