“The Tour” is our four-course, rotational chef’s tasting menu, created by Chef Shane Noro.

Every month, our menu tours multicultural traditions and flavors where sushi becomes the journey, unique to every guest. Each course features curated sake and wine pairings for a sushi experience unlike anything else in Dayton.
